This week the following work is expected:
- Excavation, waterproofing, framing and rebar of 65 E Huron building elevator pit
- Column and steel install in the southwest corner of the lower level
- Begin layout of underground plumbing in the lower level
- Cooling tower demo in the alley/loading dock area
- Installation of structural steel in the alley/loading dock area
Next week the following work is expected:
- Pouring concrete into prepared floor of 65 E Huron building elevator pit
- Framing and pouring elevator pit walls (lower level)
- Continued excavation in the lower level (expect noise)
- Building temporary wall in the lower level in the loading dock area (southwest corner of lower level)
