Weekly Construction Update: 3/16/2012

This week the following work is expected:

• Waterproofing along east plaza/Rush Street sidewalk walk
• Complete pipe work in 2^nd – 4^th floor bathrooms
• Begin to frame for drywall patching in 2^nd – 4^th floor bathrooms
• Erect steel and install decking in link structure
• Finish removing ramp from the lower level
• Continue framing and ceiling installation in the lower level
• Build concrete block walls around office building elevator shaft in the lower level
• Build concrete block walls around pump room in the lower level

Next week the following work is expected:

• Position pavers and set-up for paver installation on upper level of north plaza
• Finish patching walls in office building bathrooms.
• Tile 2^nd – 4^th floor bathroom walls where tile had to be removed for riser work
• Continue to erect steel and install decking in link structure
• Drain work in the lower level
• Excavate lower level stairwell footings and place new ones
• Build stair walls
• Continue framing and ceiling installation in the lower level
• Build concrete block walls around link elevator shaft in the lower level
• Continued work on ramp in the lower level
• Plumbing work in lower level pump room
